HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Most items at matcc.company is shipped with no extra cost. You can check the shipping fees on each product page & at checkout.

The prices of our products vary according to the location, warehouse you selected. You can view the shipping fees on each product page and at checkout.

If the product is sent from China, it will usually charge freight. If the product is shipped from your country, it is usually FREE SHIPPING.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO TRANSPORT?

a. Ship from local warehouse (US, UK, France, Gemany, Spain ): 5-12 working days

b. Ship from Chinese warehouse: 10-23 working days


Due to the COVID-19, the shipping may delay.

DO I NEED TO PAY IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES?

③ HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

④ I ORDERED MORE THAN ONE ITEM. WILL THEY ALL BE DELIVERED AT THE SAME TIME?We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used,depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped,you will receive a shipment notification email.
